Was told my room would be ready in an hour, so I came back in two hours. When I got my hotel room key, I went to my hotel, but when I opened it, there were people already there and they had the security bar on the door. I told the hotel clerk and she didn't know how they got in there. I decided to leave due to safety concerns. I was promised a refund on July 1st, but it is July 24th and I still have not received my refund. Lots of shady characters were lurking around the property. Trip.com should not have this hotel available if they care about their customers.

First 40 pictures showing this “great condition” are deceiving. Do not stay here, other places nearby. Sketchy people walking around because that the type of people this place attracts.

Desk staff are wonderful, very friendly & kind. My guess is that maintenance staff are doing what they can but are underfunded and under-staffed.
I only chose this place due to its location.
